1. Product and license
Video Looper Studio is software provided by Video Looper Studio. When a customer purchases a plan, they receive a license to use the software under the plan terms shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
2. Plans and updates
The Pro+ monthly and yearly plans include ongoing updates while the subscription remains active. The one-time license includes the current version and does not include future updates unless stated otherwise at the moment of purchase.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by the checkout provider used on this site. Subscription plans may renew according to the billing period selected at checkout. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the final billing details before completing a purchase.
4. Refunds
Refund requests, if offered, are handled according to the checkout provider rules and the refund policy communicated at the point of sale. For billing questions, contact the sales email listed on the site.
5. Support
Support is provided by email. Priority support applies only to plans where that benefit is explicitly listed. Support does not include custom development unless separately agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not use the software in a way that violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or attempts to bypass licensing, activation, security, or payment controls.
7. Changes
The operator may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised version is accepted.
